"Brothers, Dogs and god - a dangerously funny movie - shows the darker side of the country folk living in Central Texas - and how dysfunctional families (with dogs)can be...We all know people like this. The camera work is excellent -varied and exciting. The truck explosion is great. Hickey has captured (like he does in all his films) the cutting edge of not just the typical "Jerry Springer" characters, but being able to view them in daily life. It's kind of like a nightmare that you want to stay in, and sometimes you have to check yourself for laughing and/or crying at a sick jok..."
