"This is a short film about bowling and I frankly enjoyed it far more than some of the full-length and big budget bowling films (like KINGPIN and THE BIG LEBOWSKI). At just a small fraction of the cost and time, GRUDGE MATCH manages to pack a lot of laughs. The film is a mockumentary about two women who are, to put it bluntly, stupid white trash. They live to bowl and are highly competitive--thinking each game they play as a team is like the Superbowl--even though the team they are playing is made up of rather comatose mental patients from a nearby hospital.
