"This yarn, all about how the little guy who Goes Into Politics Only To Be Corrupted could be, you could say, Mr. Smith Goes To Washington, only to meet his doom. The lead character is hired to be the new Attorney General for the town. Of course, power = friendship, and soon, a lot of friends and relatives he didn't know he had come out of the woodwork to try to get a piece of him. This film was alright, was a tad slow, but I really liked the acting in this one. Director István Szabó certainly knows how to handle the camera, and the script was filled with lots of metaphors (ha ha! Pigs!) t..."
