"More of a dark comedy from Montgomery Pittman, who wrote several exciting episodes for the series. ***The opening scene finding Jeff escaping prison, wiggling down a rope and what looks like his pants getting loose(?) is a dead give-away. Jeff is assigned to a case which takes him to the South American city of San DeDe, where everything that could go wrong does. Translation; Banana Republic. He's expecting important business papers from JR, who handcuffs the briefcase to his arm. But where's the key? I agree with the last reviewer, a take-off on small country corrupt politics, but ..."
