"99% of the AHP '80s episodes are inferior to the originals but that's to be expected with most remakes or reboots. However, this one is just plain boring and hard to understand. The first ten minutes or so shows some promise but it quickly goes downhill. The plot is flimsy but would have had some possibilities had it been executed better.
