"The staff of Grace brothers want to mark Captain Peacock's twenty years in service with the firm. If only the lift would stop at the right floor. Mr Rumbold presents Captain Peacock with the keys to the executive bathroom and later he is invited to eat lunch at the executive lounge. This upsets Mr Grainger who had eyed the the executive bathroom for years. The staff are annoyed because they now have a staggered lunch break. Another episode where the staff are unhappy with the them and us attitude. Captain Peacock gets more pompous and annoying but a fall from grace is on the cards. Po..."
