"Early in the first season, Gary Lockwood played a complete sociopath who was bent on murdering Barnaby Jones. To put it mildly, the man wasn't wound too tight! Well, here in the third season Lockwood's back playing another criminal...and this one is nearly as loopy and dangerous...which makes him interesting to watch, that's for sure! The episode begins in an insurance film late at night. An employee is photocopying schematics for an alarm system for a company his firm insures. Shortly after this, his partner in crime (Lockwood) shows up and kills him. The dead man's wife..."

Just past the 1 minute mark, the camera zooms in on a diagram labeled "VAN DORIAN JEWELRY Co. SECURITY SYSTEM", but instead of showing the wiring of the modules and accessories, like controllers, ringers, sensors, cameras, etc., that would be specific to a customer site, the diagram shows tubes, capacitors and resistors in what looks like the circuit of a PA amplifier. Even if the circuit shown in the diagram had a legitimate role in a security system, it would not likely be drawn out in such detail in the site plans for an individual customer.
