"When a group of local residents are told by Inspector Monroe that The Police are powerless to deal with a twelve year old nightmare, people feel empowered to take matters into their own hands. It's such a good episode, it's certainly a very different story, the miscreant's age makes it feel very unusual. This was a really emotive episode, I dare anyone to watch this, and not feel something, be it frustration, anger, annoyance, hatred. Leigh Foley was cracking as young Lee, really, really good, sometimes the child actors are a little out of step, but this young lad was excelle..."
