"This could had been a steamy lurid melodrama if it was made for the big screen. As it was made for television, a lot of it was toned down. Obie Roberts is what can be best described a cop in the edge. He is married to Flora (Nancy Davis) but is having an affair with Carol Manson who just happens to work down the station as well. Obie has arrested a vagrant for a crime he knows the vagrant did not commit. Obie gives the vagrant a hard time before he is released. Later while in the car with Carol. He accidentally runs over the vagrant. The cops investigate the death of Mr X not knowing two pe..."
