The Mother Daughter Dinner
"Cissy' s school is having a mother/daughter dinner and she is sad since she cannot go since she does not have a mother. An OK episode. It starts with a very touching scene of Cissy listening to her girlfriends talking about their mothers. There is a subplot of Bill constantly breaking a date with an Italian woman Miss Cantelli, but this is distracting from the main story. Betty Lynn (Thelma Lou on "The Andy Griffith Show") plays Bill's secretary...."
