"Dorothy is keen to build a family history, but when it comes to asking Sophia for hers, Sophia deftly obfuscates. Meanwhile, Blanche is having a hot tub installed and can't wait to make full use of the men doing the job. Rose's innocence - she's so well-meaning, trying to do what's right, but just gets things wrong - causes chaos here. Blanche would have been perfectly justified in booting her out. The writing is amusing, if a little convenient. The story feels made to fit; knowing these characters after six episodes, it just feels off in places. Did they jump the shark ..."
