"Hard to compare an anti war dramedy with a out and out comedy. A nice run , good way to end it. Some great guest stars along the way , including Carol Burnett , Don Rickles Sid Melton and a pre Mash Father Mulcahy himself . Ronnie Schell was missed when attempting his own series , returned to act as a go between toward the end of the series. Frank Sutton was consistently good in the role . And the few times Jim got to sing. Nothing more needs to be said about that. In his dress blues , belting out To Dream the Impossible Dream . Wow. A kinder , gentler time . Good show with a few great episode..."
