THE HIGH VOICE EPISODE.

"This goofy story HAD to have been lifted from BEWITCHED. Only instead of Darrin getting into some weird schtick, it's Sgt. Carter. A fave for lots of us kids. Gomer's nice, little ole grandma (Enid Markey) stops by for a visit. Oh, yes, she happens to be a fortune teller(?), and red flags go up for Carter. Grandma predicts something will happen, and it does... He starts yelling at Gomer (as usual) and his voice goes out. Next, his voice comes back, but he sounds like a little kid??? Laugh out loud stuff, the voice gag is outrageous and Frank Sutton's expressions steal the show...."

💡 Did You Know?

Gomer says that his birthday is February 26, and Sgt Carter's is May 4.
