"The first episode of this zany comedy has some sped up and slowed down footage to give it a chaotic appearance which is exactly the issues with Dr Caroline Todd (Tamsin Greig) as she starts her first day at work in a new hospital, East Hampton having been locked outside her house and had to sleep in her car. On her first day she encounters the cool and charismatic Dr 'Mac' McCartney (Julian Rhind-Tutt) and the more irritating Guy Secretan (Stephen Mangan) who invites Todd to stay at his spare room for the night but has other motives.
