The Indian,Tahrohon, is probably about 18-20 years old, based on the backstory of Noah finding him 10 years ago when he was a kid, and Festus' comment about getting him some sarsaparilla the next time he's in town, implying that he's too young to drink. The actor playing him, Dan Ferrone was 30 years old at the time.
