"Wild episodes like this is what made HAWAIIN EYE. This is great. The story may have also been an inspiration to HAWAII FIVE O, which dealt with very similar cases -- only in color! All about an escaped mental patient who both Tom and Tracy have to track down, obviously the sooner the better. There is a catch. The doctor in charge (well played by Edward Platt) claims the man, a scarred war vet, is suffering from amnesia and believes he's still serving in the army and ready to shoot to kill!
