"The tragedy of AIDS is the topic of this SVU episode. SVU gets an order from 1 Police Plaza to investigate the homicide of an execution style killing. Turns out to be a man who had been previously arrested by Christopher Meloni. The focus at first is on Eric Roberts a former police detective from the Albany, PD who was forced to retire because of a questionable shooting incident. Roberts now in New York heads a citizen's watch group. Eric is one cool customer though he initially looks good for it, he makes a believer in his innocence out of Meloni. In the end there is a second killing..."
