"Making a new project based around Superman following how legendary Christopher Reeve was and even George Reeves (no relation) were for their respective time yet by chance and with the right creative push, they managed to make a Superman for the 1990s. The pilot episode for Lois and Clark almost feels like a movie onto itself retelling when Clark Kent comes to Metropolis and eventually becomes Superman with a balance of jokes throughout, heavy moments particularly in the second half and at times has a heart and sincerity behind it that makes it still work for the most part over 30 years later...."
💡 Did You Know?
Dean Cain was the first actor to be auditioned. At first, he was dismissed as being too young, more of a Superboy than a Superman.
