"I suppose this could have been really funny. It's just that this series set such a high bar. During a meeting where Lou would like to see some more remote projects, Murray suggest that they do a feature on a singles bar that he walk by on his way to the office. Lou goes along with it an Mary is embedded in the bar for a week (Murray's wife won't let him do the story). The interactions among the patrons are amusing enough, but we've seen these desperate people before (remember the divorced people club). Richard Schaal is back as a different character. There are also Penny Ma..."
