"An environmentalist quarrels with a builder at the builder's abandoned site over the environmentalist's lawsuit over an endangered species. The lawsuit and the ensuing construction delays are bankrupting the builder. So when the environmentalist refuses to budge and compromise, the builder kills him with a blow to the head. The builder then poses the body in the environmentalist's car, loads it into one of his trucks, drives it out on the highway, and on an empty stretch (try finding one of those in California!) dumps the car out on the highway.
