This investigation has become notorious as during the visit to the jail medium Derek Acorah claims to be possessed by the spirit of a South African man called 'Kreed Kafer'. However, it was later revealed that the name had been made up and 'planted' by Ciarán O'Keeffe in order to test Derek's psychic powers. The name 'Kreed Kafer' is an anagram of the words 'Derek Faker'.
