"Seasons 7 and 7 were hard to deal with. Here comes Ernie (scene stealer)and Uncle Charley ( a snide old grouch). The humor turned to a connivrd variety. Just to get Charley and Ernie aspart of the Douhlas family. Season 8 was unbelievable. They move to California and within 19 days have Robbie proposing to Katie. Looking back, Mike and Sally were together for over a season. Why the rush? And now Steve refers to Robbie as his oldest son. Ouch!! What the heck?
