"Mrs Skinner goes for a new job in a larger station buffet, Loxley, her interviewer Mr Foster is known by both her husband and Cecil, the pair are desperate for her to fail. It's the first time we've seen Jack and Cecil present a United front, they can't help but dig at one another. Donald Gee is wonderfully over the top as Fred Foster, a funny character, his scene with Harry was very funny. Doctor Who fans will recognise him from The Monster of Peladon. Doctor Beeching strikes again, I'm not sure people realise the impact Beeching had for people all over the country...."
