"The Ward is being prepared for a new patient, Figgis is disgruntled to learn that it's Sir Julian Briggs, a member of The Conservative Party. Briggs has chosen to have his operation on The NHS, and wants to share with regular people. I never really thought the third series was the best run, but it had some good episodes, this I think is one of the better ones.
