"I think that the previous review (by Permalink) was thoughtful and well written. With all due respect to that review, however, I feel a little differently. I actually consider "The Coward" the worst Rifleman episode ever, one so bad that it makes "Old Tony" and "Which Way Did They Go?" look like high art. If you don't agree with that, I won't fault you for moving on. If you want to know why I feel like I do, please read on. For some particular reason, this particular episode has a "rushed afterthought" feel to it. And there's not enough..."
