"Treehouse of Horror XIV continues the long-standing Simpsons Halloween tradition, which is impressive in itself given how many years the series has managed to keep it going-even through the weaker entries. Unfortunately, this one lands more in the "so-so" category, with its scares and satire feeling a bit routine. Once again, it aired in November, which dampened some of the spooky spirit. Still, there's fun to be had, especially with Professor Frink's father-voiced by Jerry Lewis-making an appearance in a loving nod to Lewis' own comedic style. The middle segment, a C..."
