"Sledge Hammer was one of the funniest shows ever put on t.v. The writing is brilliant and the acting always on cue. Although it is very sexist and politically incorrect, the show is very 80's. My wife never liked the show so that should tell you it is funny- especially to guys. Sledge Hammer is a "Dirty Harry" cop and the show is full of 80's tongue in cheek jokes. Sledge acts very aggressive and like his big screen mentor, all with a joke in every line/scene. The show did not get its due. The video is poor and you can tell it is low budget, but past that it is non-stop rol..."
