"Maybe it's just me, but I cried through the whole episode practically! I don't know why this one was so moving to me, but I thought it was a great example of what could be done with the premise of the show. Plus, I thought the acting, sets, etc, all seemed really high quality, and there didn't seem to be much of the corny dialogue that typically characterizes 'Sliders'. I think one thing that made the episode so interesting to me was the subject matter of parenting and formative experiences.
