"Sykes is in training for the 1976 Olympics in Montreal, Eric bets Charles that he can walk to Brighton, which is forty miles away, the bet is £20, Sykes fulfils it with pesetas and Schillings. Quite an amusing episode, lots of slapstick and funny one liners, the best scenes coming when Hattie gets behind the wheel of the car, a car that doesn't look like it could do 40 metres, let alone 40 miles. I'm enjoying the first series so far, I think you know what you're going to get, good old fashioned British humour. I did enjoy Corky's appearance, the way he politely lambasted..."
