"... In fact it tries so hard that, today, it looks more out of date than an episode of The Andy Griffith Show, that embraced its quaintness even within the rapidly changing 1960s. Janet Wood (Joyce DeWitt) and Chrissy Snow (Suzanne Somers) have just given a party for their outgoing roommate, Eleanor, who left to get married.
