"A melodramatic suspense story is about a gunslinger who comes back to this small town to get back his ex-wife. They had separated and then she re-married but he still had the hots for her. Then he finds out they have a son, one he didn't know about......and a nice kid, to boot. Now, the gunslinger - who is actually portrayed as a nice guy early in the show - wants both the woman and the kid. The obstacle: the man she re-married is the town marshal. When the you-know-what-hits-the-fan and everyone is aware of what's going on, including the kid, things begin to happen. Three known mo..."

💡 Did You Know?

Audrey Totter who played Martha Phillips was married to Dr. Leo Fred, assistant dean of the UCLA School of Medicine, from 1953 until his death in 1995. The couple had one child, a daughter. In November 1952, Totter said she was a Republican and had supported Dwight Eisenhower's successful campaign during that year's presidential election. Totter died on December 12, 2013, of a stroke, aged 95. After a memorial service, her body was cremated and her ashes scattered in the Pacific. James Welch Henderson Arkansas February 25, 2025
