"David Jason played elderly inmate Blanco in three episodes of Porridge. Here Blanco makes his final appearance. After being jailed for 18 years, Blanco prepares for his parole hearing. Blanco was convicted for killing his wife but he has always protested his innocence. Blanco is convinced his wife's lover killed her. However to get parole Blanco has to admit his guilt which he refuses to do. Fletcher organises a petition and later tells the Governor that Blanco is going on hunger strike unless he gets a pardon.
