"Enrique has to be in the bottom 10 recurring characters in the series. He especially becomes more annoying in the latter half of the original show's run. This episode is largely unfunny, with the exception of some of Bobby's lines. The whole B plot with trying to get Fox unblocked is decent enough, just not that memorable. These plot with every character forcing Hank to do something he knows isn't the right thing to do then all of them eventually realizing he was right, they're getting really exhausting.
