Who's pulling the strings?

8/10

"I was a little critical of the arrival of The Master in the previous episode, it felt like a 'here we go again scenario,' with The Master being the go to villain, but when The Master mentions his 'employer' the story flips once again, and the mystery increases. Pertwee and Delgado are always terrific together, and both personalities shine through here. The Draconians are excellent once again, but the interest in who's behind it all has grown. Thus us a very successful story, great production values, awesome costumes, and some pretty nifty model work. Enjoyed. 10/10..."
