"This is one the movies done by the great superstar Rajesh Khanna which did not do well as it was not properly publicised and properly released. This movie had all ingredients of being a family drama but poor publicity and poor release went against the movie. In fact the movie is not available on CD/DVD in India and is rarely shown in one of the channels. Rajesh Khanna has done his part of the role well but has not been supported by proper direction and editing. The music by R D Burman is routine too. It is a must see for Rajesh Khanna fans as he is playing the title role and has done his part ..."
