&apos;Expo 2068&apos; is standard filler unless you enjoy watching Captain Scarlet disable a bomb. A no-nonsense nuclear reactor is hijacked by you-know-who, leaving Spectrum to give chase. But the Mysterons&apos; plan is unfocused, resulting in shots galore of lumbering big rigs, helicopters slowing down for a landing and . . . well, more of both of those. Captain Black seems more cutthroat than usual , callously killing some poor schlub in the control room (in contradiction to what he said in &apos;Manhunt&apos; about not being devoid of compassion).

And we never even find out whether the Mysterons&apos; plan was a success.

Meh.
