"While I'd never say that "Under the Cock-Eyed Moon" is a rollicking comedy, it is pleasant and worth your time. This short is set out in the old west and Horace and Chester (Bob Carney and Si Wills) arrive in one of the weirdest cars you have ever seen. Soon, they end up accidentally capturing a desperado, Two-Gun Gus and the sheriff decides to make these two idiots his deputies.
