"I'll just say that whomever wrote, directed and produced this episode had no idea about diabetics and insulin. It was 1958 so not as much was known then as it is now. That's no excuse. I've been diabetic since October 1969 at age 4. You don't go from walking around and beating on a door to collapsing and not being able to move in 2 minutes. And the wife - "the insulin isn't doing any good". - It doesn't work that fast. It would take a long long time to go from a diabetic coma to being coherant. I could go on and on about the general public not understand..."
