"Visuals: 6 - Animation is alright this time around and a city in panic is done well too. Audio: 6 - voice acing is good especially from Bulma and the music does its job of making a situation feel hopeless very well. Plot: 7 - Piccolo somehow always outdoes himself in how evil he can be and its great because you can actually believe he can accomplish anything. The build up to Goku's eventual fight with Piccolo is incredible. I'm sure we will get more build up after this episode, but it's episodes like this that make the wait itself entertaining...."
