"Stopping in for coffee, Malloy (Frank Schofield) interrupts Roger (Louis Edmonds) arguing with Sam (David Ford). Reminding Sam they've been friends for about 30 years, Malloy tries unsuccessfully to get information about 1956's events from Sam. Burke (Mitchell Ryan) telephones Carolyn (Nancy Barrett) at Collinwood to let her know he found the ring she left for him to find, two episodes ago. Roger arrives for coffee at the hotel restaurant (from silent Susie) and sees Burke with Carolyn's ring... Alone with an unresponsive Sam and saying, "I thought all you great artists co..."
