"CID are dealing with a man beaten and robbed of his TV set, Reg and Boyden are dealing with a strange case of stolen koi carp. I really did enjoy this one, it somehow feels like a return to the style of episode we were getting back in series 7 and 8, it has that kind of vibe, it's different to the early part of this series. Two contrasting stories, the first very gritty, Knox is a real nasty, he's cocky and vengeful, you can see the desperation to put him away. We also have the story of The Koi carp, as a kid, an old neighbour used to keep them, those things are expensive, not quit..."
