In this episode, Josette's tombstone reads 1800-1822. With this, as well as the birth and death years of Joshua, Naomi and Sarah Collins shown on their mausoleum plaques in #1.276, and the period clothing at Barnabas' costume party in #1.280 and #1.281, these give the viewing audience strong clues that the events surrounding Barnabas Collins, including his turning into a vampire, then later chained into his coffin, all originally happened in the early 1820's. This all changed when the 1795 storyline started a few months later.
