"Or, Ernst, Bobbie and the wicked Onix as the international title might go. Onix is a bad guy. He wants to chop down a forest and build a tarmac factory on the spot. His further plans include putting the whole of The Netherlands and Belgium under a layer of tarmac. Needless to say, Ernst and Bobbie don't agree. So the adventure is on. Played with the characters that normally play the TV-series this film is fun for the children that like the series, and pretty watchable for their parents/guardians. Personally I found it a rather bad film - not very stable and with a lot of plot holes, but ..."
