"I disagree strongly with the other comment suggesting that the whole thing is completely laughable. Not at all. It's a good story of an old English inn disturbed by the spirit of a young girl who died there under brutal circumstances and an evil pub owner--both existing more than a century ago. As is usual in this TV series, the settings are atmospheric, the acting is uniformly good (and who cares whether the accents are authentic or not according to the region), and the plot is intriguing and well developed. The most interesting aspect is the last part where a man who wanders upstairs..."
