"It is Shelley's birthday. As he is all alone Graham and Carol take him to a trendy wine bar to celebrate. However when a patron in a wheelchair is shown the exit door, Shelley goes off with him as a mark of solidarity. They end up in a Turkish cafe that sells very strong tea if you give them a wink.
