"There's so much to this film! The depth of the many themes that run throughout this feature builds on the incredible overall message. One of the themes, as the title indicates, is jewelry. You see this as an important element portrayed in seven different time periods of the main character's life. Society imprints on young women that rings signify the permanence of a relationship, but "Heather" discovers that to be false.
