A good film about smoking cessation

This is a very informative short film about smoking cessation. It is not a &quot;shock film&quot; with pictures of cancerous lungs but it manages to convey the information without these disgusting but real images. Instead, it&apos;s an educational film that feels like you are at a lecture by various stop-smoking professionals. Plus, while it acknowledges that the urges are great, people CAN and DO stop smoking.

As for me, I am not a smoker and I don&apos;t understand this. However, given that I am a high school teacher, this could be a useful tool, as teens are often quite stupid (with feelings of invincibility) and so smoking is super-attractive to them! 

There were only two minor negatives for me (probably because I am not a New Yorker) about this film. First, the host, Fran, talks so incredibly fast. I just wish they&apos;d told her to slow down, as her on-screen presence was lovely but she just seemed like she was rushing her lines. Also, the final speech by Dr. Rosen is way too loud--they need to correct that, as it blew me out of my chair!
