Normally the National Television Academy only only allows recipients of the Technical Achievement Emmy to have a 1 minute "explainer" video showing their technology, but because Director David Evans (Downtown Abbey) kind enough to narrate his own story, and the video had the added interest of a behind a behind-the-scenes look at Downton Abbey, they gave us a whole 2nd minute and used this video to end the award ceremony on a bang.
