"British TV programmers were tired of importing the shallow beach bound guff from Australia so they decided to make their own! And this is what they came up with... Set it by the beach, put everyone in brightly colored T shirts and give 'em a surfboard and all the angst of a thirteen year old girl and VOILA! you have a hit... without the import taxes! The story bounces around quickly from scene to scene without giving the viewer any time to take in what's going on. The staccato effect of the narrative is broken up with offensive music by some high school dropouts who thought it woul..."
