Delightfully macabre

I saw this as part of the Satisfied Eye International Film Festival short docs section and it was a highlight of the block. Artfully constructed and directed, it&apos;s also a fascinating insight not only into the artist and her work, but also into humanity and what makes people tick. Looking at how an ordinary woman (although it raises that question of what is normal) uses a very unique art form as a way of expression and catharsis, it also places humanity under a microscope and reminds us that we never know what goes on behind closed doors or in those private moments, even where our family and friends are concerned.
